Great location, historic building, convenient transportation, tasty breakfast, helpful staff.

Cannot find any fault.

This hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of most major sites to see in this area of town. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms have very comfortable beds. The breakfast included in the stay is a highlight, with a variety of homemade products and delicious home made preserves.

All was great.

We stayed for 4 nights and couldn't have been happier with this find. The hotel is beautiful and has been designed and decorated to an high standard. Our room, the Lyceum Room, was spacious and tastefully arranged. We loved the substantial terrace where we could enjoy our breakfast or relax during the day. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with homemade cakes that were a treat. The location is excellent, with great restaurant recommendations from the owner Maria and her staff. We felt very welcome and would recommend this B&B to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really good, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They even gave me great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of this hotel was perfect, being close to a nearby MRT station and situated in the center of the city. The artwork displayed in all of the rooms was a unique and beautiful touch.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible. The staff at the hotel were accommodating and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us make reservations at nearby restaurants. One of the best parts of our stay was the breakfast. It was delicious and served on a beautiful terrace. We also loved that we could purchase wine at the hotel, making our evenings more fun.

The only window in the room faced an air vent, which wasn't the most pleasant view.

Some minor issues with mold in parts of the bathroom and the in-room refrigerator.

Convenient location between popular area and local neighborhoods. Small double room with balcony and big bed, lacking ensuite door. Cozy living room with extensive book/DVD collection and outdoor terrace. Delicious breakfast with 24/7 coffee/tea. Friendly, responsive staff. Recommended for couples/families.
